RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Right of Return

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt of your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused
  • Be sealed and in its original condition
  • Retain its original packaging and labels
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, contact us at support@physiswell.com. Once your return request is approved, you will receive the necessary instructions and return address. Items sent back without prior return approval may not be accepted.


Damages and Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and find the appropriate solution.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of dietary supplements are not accepted when:

  • The packaging has been opened
  • The protective seal has been broken
  • The product has been used

Returns are accepted only for sealed, unused products in their original packaging.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer product exchanges. For any issue regarding your order, please contact us via the contact page or at support@physiswell.com. We will review your request and guide you through the available options in accordance with this return policy.


Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers

Under applicable European Union law, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of the date of receipt, without giving any reason. This right applies only if the product remains sealed, unused, and in its original condition.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 14 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your amount, please contact us at support@physiswell.com.
