1. GENERAL
PHYSISWELL ("we", "us") operates the online store at https://www.physiswell.comhttps://www.physiswell.com. By accessing or using our store, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. PRODUCTS
The dietary supplements sold at PHYSISWELL (including the Magnesium Bisglycinate line) are intended solely as food supplements and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if you are taking medication or have underlying health conditions.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Payment is charged upon completion of the order.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties (couriers, customs, etc.).
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/GREECE)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Greek Law 2251/1994, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed/opened after delivery, where they cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is sealed and in its original condition. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method.
7. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
PHYSISWELL is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from product use
- Individual reactions or allergies (always check the ingredients)
- Results that vary from person to person
8. PERSONAL DATA
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the GDPR.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Greek Law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
